About us
We are a Chinese construction contractor that started in labour services and grew into specialist subcontracting for water networks and roads. We are now building the same capability into Southeast Asia.
Who we are
Our background is site work, not sales. From 2012 we supplied skilled construction labour to main contractors; from 2018 we took on specialist subcontracts for outdoor water supply and drainage networks and road works. That path means we understand both the commercial side — measurement, variations, progress claims — and the practical side — sequencing, safety and getting crews to deliver to programme.
The person leading the company is a state-registered Class-2 Constructor (二级建造师), so drawings, specifications and quality control are handled by someone accountable for the outcome.

Ran a labour services business supplying skilled trades to main contractors: formwork, reinforcement, masonry and finishing packages, with full attendance, safety and settlement responsibility.
2018 — 2026
Specialist subcontractor, China
Moved into specialist subcontracting with our own delivery capability in outdoor water supply and drainage networks and road works, including site management, measurement and progress claims.
2025 — 2026
Southeast Asia market entry
Extended stay in Cambodia and working visits to Indonesia and Malaysia to study local labour markets, supply chains, site conditions and partner options for civil works delivery.
